3. Removed the TPS option from the FLEXR 3D/MC transformation options.
Build 417 is released.
1. Various Document Cropping function: optimized API.
2, Volume>Crop Specified Dynamic points : fixed defect that input dynamic indices were treated
as time indices.
3. Implemented Initial variant of "Extract common b-values from the FVX folder"
4. Fixed memory leak in FVX document save (Memfile buffer)
5. Fixed memory leak in FVX document save (freeing CheckDoc document)

Re-engineering of the Workflow>Lung(MR)>Display Curves dialog box
1. Implemented ability to change the Temporal resolution of the curves.
2. Implemented "Show Left", "Show Right", "Synchronize" buttons.

2. Updated the "Save to RAW" core functions. This fixed the error when loading the 4D DICOM and then saving it to NIFTI/.
3. Batch module BM2 : Fixed the situation when after auto processing each document a dialog box will pop-up and ask the user if the document has to be saved.
Build 415 is released.
1. Extended DICOM heuristics for determining IsDicomFile: for the files without preamble\DCIM
2. When saving to FVX file: if a layer volume contains a slice which is fully VOID that was producing a crash.
3. Corrected saving to RAW formats (incl NII) when there re VoidVoxels and user chooses NAN as the replacement. There were numerous defects around it,
4. MainMenu>ROI>Clip Volume by ROI :corrected transparent value selection so the NAN is used to represent VOIDVOX (instead of incorrect -1 previously).
5. NIFTI Save: corrected the sform matrix calculation (to incorporate pixdim into the matrix). Verified .NII overlay under ITK-Snap
