1. DICOMTREE - to - FOLDERS tool:  if the valid b-value is present it is appended to the end of the file.

2. Ensured that the files withing the SERIES are sorted in their temporal acquisition order.

1. Batch tool BM1a is fixed so in multilayer FVX files all layers are moved to the Target documents.
