Build 421 is released.

 1. Fixed the crash when Saving FvX file, the dialog press Cancel button.

2.  Fixed defect in EdgeWave algorithm, when running in 2D Mode. Defect was the empty mask because each slice was treated as 3D volume.

3. Implemented a prototype V1 of Heart Segmentation from CT.

4.  Implemented custom DICOM scaling when loading the parametric maps generated by Siemens software.

5.  Implemented File>Open Single DICOM File function.

 1. Expanded diagnostics messages when opening DICOM folder and no DICOM files are found.

2.  Corrected the tools BM1 and BM3 to accommodate the variety of parametric maps names.
