1. VA_RAW_VolSaveFile function: optimized when CurrTinx!=1 only the required timepoint is decompressed.

2. New GUI function: Convert folder of FVX files into a target folder with separate subfolder for each FVX file. For each FVX subfolder save all layers to NII files.
