6. Implemented ZNCC (Zero Normalized Cross Correlation) measure in the ReMIND deformable registration code.  This is for Neck Motion Correction project.  Result seems to be visually as good as the original SSC metric.

7. Performed comparison of   ABS(ZNCC)  vs.  Max(0,ZNCC) similarity measure

7. Finetuned the ReMIND:XCORR variant of the deformable registration on the COPD lung images. It reaches good 2/0.9 mm average/median error.
8. Implemented the OE (Overlap Error) measure with the specified precision of threshold so it could work on REAL volumes.
9. Nonuniformity measurement functions:  added the automatic CopyToClipboard feature.
10. Fixed DICOM load defect when 8-bit volume with Rescale\Intercept was present (GE-CT)
11. Fixed crash in Landmark Registration (Cloning of the DICOM header when number of target slices exceeds source).

Build 310 is released.

1. OpenDicom dialog box:  fixed defect in "Show Compatible Volumes" functionality.
2. OpenDICOM dialog box: added a function (button) "Uncheck All" - removes all checks from All
items
3. Developed a 3-choice customizable dialog for a more transparent UI.
4. Eliminated the performance inefficiency in Zooming\Affine functionality. All zooming functions are impacted and the most visibly the FilmView.
5. Major rework of the OpenDICOM dialog box. Separating the Selection and Loading functionality.  New ability to load arbitrary combinations of compatible Series.
6. Implemented "Average Nonuniformity Measurement" for all opened documents.

FireVoxel Build 309A is released.

1. OpenDICOM dialog box: Impemented he "Dicom Tag Difference" tool that detects all different DICOM tags for 2 selected files and copies the aggregate result to the clipboard.

2. DICOMREC structure modification to include additional BOLUS attributes.

3. Incorporated the Bolus attributes into DICOM 4D Volume construction logic so the CIR31 series 98 are properly separated now.
