1. Transform>Rotate Ortho : fixed the defect with the naming of the 1st layer.
2. Enabled the Progress bar inside the Transform>Rotate Ortho
3. Added extra diagnostics to the intermittent Save All defect.

Build 303 is released.
1. Provided 5 research branches for FLEXR deformable registration algorithm. They all achieve
fairly good registration of about 1.5 mm, but further development is needed to match the state of
the art 0.9 mm on the COPD datasets.
2. Provided BiCal Research dialog with most internal parameters exposed.
