EdgeWave functions and the Dialog box have a new option to process in 2D mode (i.e. slice by slice)

Variant of processing on "pseudo-Huang"
Additional steps:
1.  Image is smoothed with Median filter Rad=2
2. EdgeWave is applied in 2D mode.

Note that results on lower (closer to neck) slices would not be reliable.
