1.  ROI>Convert ROI to VROI:  after the operation is completed, the view centers on the center of the last VROI completed.

2. Replaced the corresponding menu item:  "Enclose connected components by Vector ROIs"

1.  Fixed the messages in case of unsuitable objects and\or selections.
2.  Added "implicit selection", i.e. if a single non-selected VROI is present, it will be treated as the selection.
