Kidney DTI motion correction workflow: fixed the issue when Mosaic DICOM info is missing so a dialog box pops up
Build 286 is released.
1. Implemented F9 switch between regular projection and MIP projection.
2. Implemented a new workflow KSFAPv3 (kidney segmentation) where User is not required to specify the mid-axial kidney slice and just need to make a bounding rectangle on MIP projection.
