FireVoxel Build 304A is released.
1. Fixed defect in reporting the diagnostics message for the Windows system GetLastError() function.
2. Enable N4-ANTS to run on the Real volume (this also allows a direct N4 second pass on the same image).
3. Added an execution notification while N4 command line is running.
4. Performed optimizations so the BiCal single run reaches very close result to BiCal double run but without extra time or blurring of the double run.
5. MRTM2 model (#31) added the Relative Error output parameter

FireVoxel Build 304 is released.
1. Dynamic Experiment dialog: implemented a model-specific Input Function panel naming. When model is changed a proper panel name {Input function, Reference Curve,...} are displayed.
2. Restored the "Process Single curve" from the main menu without the need to create a document.
3. Restored the MRTM2 model:
4. Rotate Volume UI parameters are now remembered between the calls.

Build 303 is released.
1. Provided 5 research branches for FLEXR deformable registration algorithm. They all achieve
fairly good registration of about 1.5 mm, but further development is needed to match the state of
the art 0.9 mm on the COPD datasets.
