Build 449 is released.

 1. >ROI>Threshold To ROI  GUI function: parallelized and added a progress bar. It was slow on really big REAL images (300MB+).

2. Increased the REAL Image compression threshold: this is so the images are only compressed when it is worth more. This really speeds up the viewing.

3. Corrected the ParalleBatch {Length,NumberOfBatches} calculation function.
