Build 363A is released.

 1. Fixed a defect introduced in B363 (BlockMinMax). It was causing Signal-To-Screen Window Width to be 0.

2. Open DICOM dialog box > DELETE function : added a verify prompt to avoid accidental delete.

3. When adding a layer from file  {MIDAS,ANALYZE} and no orientation is present (VOID), there is no warning prompt and layer is seamelessly loaded.

4. Addressed a list of minor interface modifications requests.

5. Added to default PHI tags:  { OtherPatientIDs, OtherPatientIDsSequence }
