1. Corrected crash defect in Nonuniformity Measurement.
2. DICOM load: fixed defect in logic combining separate SERIES into a 4D Volume.  Some Volumes
were incorrectly assembled
3. BiCal: Corrected  defect in core BiCal procedure (edgemap reuse in iteration).
4. BiCal: fixed the defect with isotropic volumes DoublePass
5. Fixed the crash in Noise calculation function on REAL images
6. BiCal: enabled REAL input images.
7. Fixed N4explorer  parameter setting for Noise.
8. NIFTI load: fixed defect loading single NIFTI 4D file.
9. Further correction in DICOM logic of parsing the 4D files.
10. Fixed a defect in loading of b-values from SIEMENS DICOM file.
