1. When calculating each slice "absolute time", changed the base year to Y2000 (to increase the time precision).
2. Rework of the NiftiToDicom function.
3. Rework of the Orientation functions.
4. Restored the DICOM TransferSyntax status display.
5. Enabled loading of the "3D Screen shot RGB" CT volume.
