Added User constant to extend the height of the kidney bounding box, not exposed on UI.
Effective Bounding box is displayed to the User at the end of procedure to provide feedback.
2. Completely parallelize multi-slice projections such as MIP. Added a progress bar since
it takes longer time to display.
3. Extended Kidney FAP segmentation to include the notion of Collecting System.
