Build 364 is released.

 1. Corrected various defects in the "Split Multiframe DICOM" function. Was able to load the provided CT-3D  and PET-4D files (500 and 3840 frames respectively).

2. "DICOMDIR to File Folders" : address several situations when the target folder is non-present or non-empty.  Source folder is now using the last value used for Open DICOM operation.

3. Remove "Open DICOM Series" from the main menu.

4. On the Main menu, replaced the "Open DICOM Volume...." with "Open DICOM folder..."

5. Fixed the defect, when 3D Roi is created over the 4D base volume, not able to draw. This was due to the incorrect calculation of spatial resolution (Vz=0)

6. Volume>Smooth : Enabled the floating point values for the Radius in the dialog (from INT)

7. Volume>Smooth: Corrected execution for when the source volume contains negative values.

8. Volume>Smooth (3D) : corrected so smoothing is available for REAL volumes including negative value.

9. Volume>Smooth menu item was changed to Volume>Smooth  over (optional) ROI.
