1. MainMenu>Measure>All Layers Irregularrity2D : modified to process all Documents and all Layers.
2. MainMenu>Measure : All Real Volume : Calculate mean over all ROIs: modified to process all Documents.
3. Implemented the ABT unit test for BM3 module.
4. Extended BM1 tool to work on multilayer folders of NIFTI images and ROIs.
