2. RoiStats3D dialog:  added a Variance  calculation to the list of the 1st order features.

3. RoiStats3D dialog: added functionality to define the Range using Percentage of the Spectrum cut-off (Low\High)

4. RoiStats3D dialog:  Features panels more orderly output by dividing feature names and values.
