1. When adding a new layer, check now for the orientation to be the same as the current base layer.
Otherwise, display a warning but give an option to proceed anyway (f.e. when image originating from MIDAS file and orientation info is not available).
2. Implemented new alignment function under Registration menu. Having 2 volumes loaded we can now align their centers and rotate it to match their orientation.3. Register>Using DICOM tags only was renamed.
