3. BicalResearch dialog: Implemented an additional option "DoublePass" which further improves the results.
4. BiCalResearch dialog: redesign of several fields - now includes the AirThreshold in Noise units, a separate Baackground panel.5. Streamlined the BicalResearch dialog box. Change the AirLevel and EdgeLevel parameters to
be in Noise units to make it more robust across the images.
6. Combine two Non-uniformity measurement items into one under the MainMenu>Nonuniformity
7. MainMenu>Transform>Rotate
Corrected several defects with the global parameter in the dialog.
