Chest Wall segmentation:
While cropping the section of the chest to process User is aiding the segmentation at the same time.
Instead of drawing the box User chooses a line segment that specifies the cropping area.  In addition User asked that the segment starts and ends on the Chest Wall boundary as close as possible.
This would help tremendously with the Initial Seed during the MapFit procedure.

Corrected a bug in integrated Chest Wall segmentation function, when AirMask was produced as always empty, thus providing no constraints to the procedure.
