Fixed the crash on  ROI image only (without SI volume) when the RoiStats3D dialog (F3) is activated.

Color Dialog defects:  fixed the   "always 0 color" and "crash on the exit" defects by recompiling the FireVoxel.exe module with 8-byte alignment.
