Build 217B is released.

1. Renamed the "MainMenu>VROI" ->  "MainMenu>Vector".
2.  Duplicated the "Rasterize Vector Entity" button of the main toolbar
under the "Main Menu>Vector>Rasterize".
3. Removed Rasterize items from "MainMenu>Trace"
