FireVoxel Build 427 is released.

1. WML segmentation : Implemented batch job based on FVX files as a source.

2. Ground Truth evaluation batch on a set of FVX files.

3. New Algorithm (4) for WML segmentation based on WM\WML signal estimation.

4. WML segmentation : Fixed the crash when MPRAGE volume is used.
