FireVoxel Build 306 is released.
1. Implemented function to load all the FVX documents from the specified folder.
This is under the MainFrame>File> menu.
2. Removed a failing check for the presence of the VC++ 2019 Redistributable.
3. Added a voxelwise CJV calculation under the Nonuniformity>Measure menu.
4. Corrected the calculation of CJV measure according to B. paper.
5. Re-implemented N4-explorer tool with 5 optimization measures
{ roiaNU,robNU,CSM,blobCJV,voxCJV }
a) Start application and File>Open FireVoxel Folder.
b) Specify location of the folder, press OK. All fvx files in that folder will be opened.
c) Application will check if all documents have the same number of Active ROIs.
d) Press MainMenu>Nonuniformity>N4 Explorer. Corresponding dialog will show up.
Define the ranges for the optimization parameters. Set the constant parameters using the
N4 parameter dialog box in the left lower corner.
e) Optimization will run. Final dialog will show up. Each of 5 optimization results will be displayed in the Info dialog and the same result will be copied to the clipboard.
6. BiCal Dialog: introduced the bool variable : "Output Foreground" that outputs the ROI mask for the foreground voxels used in BiCal calculation.
