FireVoxel Build 305 is released.

1. BiCal optimization matrix construction: Further acceleration which becomes dominant at the higher degree of the field.
2. BiCal:  Removed a non-existent option for field in AIR from use interface, since there is only VOIDFIELD option is allowed in the Air.  BiCal research dialog box is simplified .
3. FireVoxel start-up:  added checks that VC++ Redistributable 2013 and 2019 are present.
4. Fixed the incorrect initial volume zooming position when loading a document (expressed in Debug version only)
5. MRTM2 (model #31):  added an Output parameter : RMSE/Average Signal.
6. MainMenu>Nonuniformity>Measure NU of two layers  added the CJV measure.
7. Added ABT subtest for MRTM2.
8. Fixed the issue with the negative field in the RoiStat3D dialog box. Implemented a custom
dialog field function for double precision floats with the user-specified precision (from 15 to 30 decimal positions).
