1. Workflows>Lung MR >Display Lung Curves : enabled the layers be named with prefix {Lft,Left,Rgt,Right} non-case sensitive.
2. Fixed the crash when 1. Workflows>Lung MR >Display Lung Curves is called without the 4D ROI layers present.
