FireVoxel Build 380 is released.

 1.  FVX file load\save: added extra diagnostic into the Polyline object loading.

2. Set Orientation\Position dialog.  Corrected behavior of "Align to Scanner" when the original orientation is undefined.

3. Removed redundant design from the Orientation\Position dialog box.

4. Implemented first prototype of the Pancreas segmentation and measurement tool.
