Build 366 is released.

 1. Dynamic parametric modelling : Made corrections in how Optimization Methods are handled. Added LLS method to the Model 24.

2. Deidentify DICOM folder : fixed defect when the files were deleted on repeated application of the procedure.

3. RoiStats3D UI function : Wait cursor is displayed so there is no perceived "hang" on larger images

4. Dynamic Modelling Global noise estimation : changed the algorithm to Diff2D.

5. Dynamic Model #24 (T1-mapping with Flip angle) : added a hyperparameter for the background expressed as the multiple of the Global Noise.

6. When F3 is pressed (on 3D image) hourglass or progress indicator  shows up. Otherwise for large volumes there was a long delay without the feedback.

7. Model 8:  Input function delay extended to the interval [Min,Max] so the negative delay (f.e. vein) could be used.

8. Set default HCT=0 in all locations except Dynamic Modelling Input Function.

9. Moved NLM-denoising to under MainMenu>Volume
