Build 345A is released.

1. Concentration conversion dialog\Relaxivity panel:  changed the order of dropdown boxes.

2. Mainframe Menu: Applications > Convert Tac to Concentration - introduce static Tissue Attribute so proper conversion is performed when next curve is loaded.

3. Upgraded the loading of Tac.txt files, so it allows the Title and the Format line.

4. BiCal batch function:   Target folder is required to exist and no attempt to create or clean the Target folder.

5. Cosmetic changes in Concentration Conversion dialog.

6. Concentration conversion: default HCT = 0.

7. PCA decomposition sets synthetic dynamic coordinates now with t=1,2,3,4,5
