1. Provided 5 research branches for FLEXR deformable registration algorithm. They all achieve
fairly good registration of about 1.5 mm, but further development is needed to match the state of
the art 0.9 mm on the COPD datasets.

2. Provided BiCal Research dialog with most internal parameters exposed.
