1. EdgeWave-2D : implemented a pure 2D function which is very fast, works on a single slice. It reuses the EdgeWave-3D code.
2. New algorithm for fully automatic MouseHolder segmentation (based on MIP and EdgeWave2D)
3. Implemented automatic rotation of the individual chambers to normal orientation. Youtube video posted.
4. Implemented UI functions: Close Current Document (All Views)
and Close All Documents.
5. Open Dicom dialog box: Implemented function to check all Children of the selected item. Then few undesirable items could be easily unchecked and the rest loaded. Youtube video uploaded.
