Provided phantom data should be
a) Thresholded to get the Breast ROI (instead of manual ROI in patient data).
b) L&R breast separated
c) Run NU {N3,Bical}
d) Run Histogram thresholding {Otsu,BiGauss,BiLaplace}
e) provide the results of measurement in cm^3
f) best method matching the ground truth will be selected
