Working on the Automatic Build Test subtest to test current full PET processing workflow....

Three subtests are planned:

1.   Load PET Dicom dataset.  Use Dynamic averaging function.
2.  Load and register PET dataset to the anatomy MPRAGE dataset
3.  Run MRTM models
