Achieved final registration of PET to MPRAGE.  Result shows the registered PET, averaged over the last 100 timepoints, overlayed on the MPRAGE.


Proceeding to implement integrated registration workflow that includes automatic cropping and orientation correction (from coronal to sagittal).
