Build 466 is released.

 1. AutoFocus4D dialog: fixed defect when the Mode2D variable was not initialized.

2. Signal Difference Registration measure (Autofocus 3D\4D\Moco): improved speed x5 due to using AVX2 operations.

3. ABT unit test for FDG motion correction

4. Fixed the cropping crash defect in VROI with multiple timepoints.

5. Dynamic Modelling dialog:  "IFn Paste" button is grayed for models without IFn.

6. Dynamic Modelling dialog: removed non-functioning entries

8.  Extract max connected component 2D/3D:  made them In-Place operation and enabled Undo\Redo

9 Rename current "Save FireVoxel Document" GUI function into "Save As FireVoxel Document". New "Save FireVoxel Document" function saves to the current document name without bringing up the dialog box.

Build 465 is released.

 1. Dialog Raster Paintbrush:  Extended the combo box field

2.  Gauss RBF sparse-to-dense flow field : optimized speed by batching the parallel Y-loop. Runs x1.5 faster on a breast volume at 2mm grid.

3. FLEXR-3D registrattion: when the Source ROI is not present - now we simply align the center of Source and Target volumes as a prior (unless the DICOM tag transform not present).

4. RoiStats-4D dialog: changed the call, so the the ALL ROIS displlay option is now enabled.

5. x1.5 speed improvement in FLEXR3D when very dense regular grid in used.

Build 464 is released.

 1. Spine Disc compression (Jacobian map) workflow documentation created.

2. Corrected the IPP (image position patient) after  the 4D volume crop.

3. Implemented ABT subtest for the FLAIR SYNTH  Training Reg\Norm.

4. Implemented Unet3D variant using the Pool\Unpool with indices (instead of customary MaxPool).

5. Implemented Volume>AdvanceTo>Timepoint of Max Signal

6. Allowed PET volumes to be of INT type too, so some workflows now enabled.

7.  PET-FDG motion correction : changed default motion correction parameters.

8. LayerControl dialog:  fixed the defect when the SelectedItem was outside the list window, then after

any operation it would jump to display the selected item, etc.

9. Implemented Radial Forward AutoFocus4D method, specifically to reduce jittering issues in FDG motion correction.

10.  WorkFlow>Brain FDG-DCE:  implemented an automatic Target ROI calculation. User typically

advances to about 1000 sec, Chooses 4D PET, Brain Atlas. Mask is automatically produced.

11. Layer Control dialog: made it more intuitive by splitting the Remove Active\Unmarked functions.

12. AutoFocus4D dialog:  now displays the current Dynamic Index used as the Target of registration.

13. Combine WMSEED {X,Y,Z}  GUI function into a single WMseed menu item.

14. Fixed bug when all 4D layers are removed, the current timepoint is still >0.

15. Fixed bug in WMseed and EdgeWave function when there are both 3D and 4D layers, current T>0 operation is called on 3D layer. Crash due to the incorrect timepoinyt.

16. Replaced URAL naming on GUI to "Normalized Gradient Field".

Build 461

 1. Continued work on UNet3D for pancreas: replace the binary sigmoid DICE loss by the 2-class softmax DICE loss. That worked very well with binary threshold issue gone away.

2. First variant of "genetic shape crossover": augmentation technique of generating new pancreas shapes. Gained +2% DICE on NIH dataset.

3. Implemented Measure>ROI mass center distance.

4. Fixed N4 failure problem - including VS 2013 redistribution into FireVoxel now.

5. Pancreas AI work.

6. Very efficient separable convolution. Updated VolumeSmooth dialog to include "Separablem option". N3 was updated and old version eliminated.

7. Compilation with extra Security flags.

Build 458 is released.

 1. When parsing the DICOM tree: we determine if the files were deidentified and in that case we add the PatientID to distinguish between different patient's records.

2. Corrected defect:  New layer addition and paintbrush usage now set the DocumentModified flag. So there is a warning when the User tries to close the document.

3. FLEXR3D processing dialog: added an option to save FFF (flow field file).

4. MainMenu>Tranform:  added an option to transform using FFF file.

5.  FLEXR3D\FLEXRMC added warning when SSC measure is selected to ensure the feature keypoints are enabled.

6.  Added UI Function>Test :  Combine Probability Maps to Atlas.

7.   Added UI Function>Test :  Sharpen template using Atlas

8. FLEXR cross-correlation similarity measure:  on large appertures (~16vox) obtained a 20% speed up by re-arranging the memory access during parallel execution.

9.  FLEXR SSC measure calculation : removed a major memory leak.

10. Further optimization of Crosscorrelation measure (FLEXR):  using the x86 superscalar instructions and 32-bit floating precision, achieve 32 threads X 16 superscalar operations = x512  parallelization.

11. Removed NGF (Normalize Gradient Field) similarity measure from FLEXR3D\FLEXRMC dialog options.

12. Enable the SSC similarity measure in FLEXR-MC dialog box.

13. Model 17 (IVIM segmented fit):  substantial update with improved parameter ranges etc.

14. Model 18 (IVIM biexp fit): provided update for the ranges of fitted parameters.

15. Parametric modelling dialog: when model changes - the Output parameters selection gets all unchecked to avoid confusion.

16. Corrected behavior when the new layer is added and it has diferent spatial attributes.  Now it ensures that everything matches to the base layer (resolution, slice position, orientation, etc).

17. Merged PWR.DLL and VolumeAnalyze.dll (VolumeAnalyze is removed from distribution now). This is done for linkage efficiency and removing redundancies.

Build 457 is released.

 1. Open DICOM folder:  fixed crash when the folder is empty. Provided diagnostic.

2. Fixed crash when multi-frame file is invalid. Provided diagnostic.

3. Corrected defect:  when the ROI or other layer with different resolution from base is added, now ALL spatial information is properly copied to the new layer.

4. Fixed hard to find defect:  when function FindLayerContainingName was called, the whole name of the layer including PATH was checked. Corrected: only the name title is checked, because the path contained the searched name (like Atlas)

5. Fixed defect when loading zip-compressed headers embedded in FVX files.
