Working on the T2/T2* parametric modelling issue reported by Andrew Rozenkrantz.

Dealing with the DICOM dataset issue in dynamic series, when first timepoint has a different TAG_SLICE_LOCATION from the rest of the timepoints



 Modelling problem was corrected by setting up possible range for T2 values to [10,1000] ms
(from the old interval of  [1,250] ms)

Had a morning meeting with Yu-Shin. Demoed new functionality for PET load, TAC analysis.  Discussed priorities for the next week and corresponding functionalities to be developed.  Some glitches showed up during the demo and will be fixed in Build 125.

Investigating  T2/T2* mapping defect

K-trans dynamic modelling:  fixing a defect, model calculation is not performing as expected.
Testing on a sample prostate DCE volume.

Defect was due to the change of time convention in FireVoxel. From a certain Build, the Volumetric entity contains the absolute time in seconds, however some models require the starting time be "0".

This seems to resolve the issue.  Also added a new feature for this model - comparing the data curve to modelling curve. 

 We also are able to generate voxel-wise maps properly. See a screenshot below. This is the K-trans map
