Build 395 is released.

1. Fixed various misspellings in Concentration Conversion dialog box.

2. RoiStats3D : fixed Entropy (nats) display issue.

3. Fixed defect in Transform>MirrorX on REAL volumes.

4. LayerControl dialog:  when the Layer is removed, we check and see if the removed volume was Active.  If not, the Active volume remains the same.  Active = 0 otherwise.
