PET-FDG Motion correction:  increase speed by x10+ times.  This is base on the observation that gross motion is usually due to the "Turning of the head" rather than "Tilting" during exam.  New FireVoxel functionality was used that allowed to set separate Max Rotation angle intervals for each axis.

"Small" vs. "Large" motion correction options were eliminated and folded into one single Motion Correction.
