Provided additional options for deleting Vector ROIs (landmarks).

Added a small "Landmark\Vroi debugging tool".  Under MainMenu>ROI>List All Vector ROIs command.  Would show the list of all landmarks, with their corresponding time intervals and whether they are visible or invisible.
