Build 394E is released.

 1.  Workflow>Lung (MR)>4D Both Lungs Segmentation using FLEXR MC

added a UI function to segment both lungs in one run, making it easier to process.

2. Processing of 30 lung cases for ISMRM, adjusted the format of lung reports.

4. Volume->Concentration Conversion using T1 map:  fixed the NAN issue that was causing a crash.

     ROI is operational now, so the processing is limited to ROI now.

5. Removed unused function in FvxLoadSave.cpp

Build 394D is released.

 1. 4D Lung single slice ROI segmentation : provided a separate function under Workflow>Lung (MR) menu.

2. Implemented the UI UserOptions checkbox item "Compress DICOM headers when saving to FVX document".  This allows to optionally avoid DICOM compression

 1. WML segmentation : Fixed an issue when supplying an external GM layer.

Build 394A is released.

 1. WML-FLAIR-MPRAGE segmentation: added ability to supply an external Gray Matter mask. Updated the dialog box accordingly.

2. Fixed defect when writing the current version of the FVX file (current = V14)

3. Workflows>Lung>Single Slice segmentation :  fixed the orientation problem when L & R were swapped.

FireVoxel Build 394 is released.

1. Lateral Ventricle segmentation : Updated end expanded parameter set, updated the dialog box.

2.  WML segmentation from (FLAIR+MPRAGE):  updated the algorithm to deal with the hollow lesions (GM oversegmentation).  Updated the dialog box.

3. Fixed crash problem with the FLOAT32 NIFTI image.

4. Fixed the defect "Change Resolution New Dimension" support function

5. Implemented new function :  MainMenu>Transform>Change resolution

6. Implemented a new version of FVX file format (#14).  It compresses all the internal DICOM headers together.
