 1. Dynamic Analysis>Convert 4D Volume to Concentration>Using T1-map  : Now the last dialog Concentration conversion settings are remembered between sessions.

2. Dynamic Analysis>Convert 4D Volume to Concentration>Using T1-map  : In Concentration conversion dialog the "from DICOM" button now works.

3. Concentration Conversion dialog:  fixed the defects when dialog entries would revert to their original values after pressing { LookUp Value, From DICOM}
