{3D->3D,4D->3D} slice-by-slice registration:  implemented option for the current timepoint of source to be used to calculate a single transformation for all timepoints.

PET motion correction:  modified default parameters to increase the search range for better registration quality without any speed penalty (compensated by choosing smaller radius in the URAL feature detector).
