Single slice registration 3D\4D:   fixed defect when URAL\URALTAU measure would not work.  Defect was in improperly cleaning the margins of the gradient map in 2D case (whole map was set to 0).

4D registration of a single slice Renal volume (CIR):  corrected defect that produced the message "Incorrect Isotropic resolution".
